As the leader of RDG’s Early Learning market, Edward Buglewicz brings over 20 years of architectural expertise dedicated to designing environments that nurture our youngest learners.
He has planned and designed early childhood facilities nationwide for public, private, and non-profit organizations—consistently creating spaces that foster development, engagement, and well-being.
Edward works closely with clients and early learning professionals to craft environmentally responsible spaces that positively impact children, families, and educators. Through active listening and thoughtful collaboration, he ensures each project reflects the unique educational and environmental goals of the communities they serve.
A key contributor to the nationally recognized Educare Learning Network, Edward has helped shape award-winning environments known for research-driven programming and measurable outcomes. His work integrates inclusive, sustainable design with evidence-based best practices to create spaces that promote play, learning, and community wellness.
Edward holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His leadership and passion continue to influence the future of early childhood education across the U.S
