Plan
RDG Planning and Design completed the Real Property Development Plan (RPDP) for Nebraska Army National Guard. The plan commenced with the development of a Strategic Vision gathering together the Leadership including Adjutant General, J1, J3, J4, J6, SRRO, RTI, BFSB and the 92nd.
The Strategic Vision outlines planning drivers, facts and assumptions and was used as a guideline for the development of the RPDP. The Strategic Vision includes objectives related to Force Structure, Demographics, Community Context, Recruiting, Retention, Mission, Training, and Facilities. Based on the Vision, our team evaluated all facilities across the State of Nebraska. The result is a recommendation for long-term facility disposition including new construction, renovation and demolition. For each installation, an Implementation Strategy and Capital Investment Analysis were developed.
