When this advertising agency decided to move from a 90+ year-old building to a more modern building, they wasted no time. The interior remodel of the new office was completed - from design to permitting to construction - in under 90 days,
RDG's design allowed the agency to reduce their leased space from 54,000 SF to 15,000 SF, realizing a significant reduction in real estate-related costs. The design team was able to reuse existing furniture and equipment to maintain the client's aggressive budget and schedule. The new space, located in downtown Des Moines' vibrant East Village district, serves as a canvas for the client's own creative work, as well as a tool for successfully recruiting and retaining top talent in their agency.
