One of three RDG-designed projects (including the Varsity Theater and the Drake Community Stadium) contributing to the renaissance of the area adjacent to Drake University's campus, this building contains 135 units along a major multi-modal transportation corridor in a walkable neighborhood. It capitalizes on recent redevelopment in the surrounding district. 

Combining market-rate and affordable housing, this is the first project subject to the City's new zoning ordinance. It features contemporary design using traditional building materials influenced by the architecture of Drake's campus and the neighborhood's rich history, yielding an upscale, fresh, yet attainable residential community.
