Leann Pederson Appointed to Iowa Interior Design Examining Board
Pederson brings extensive expertise and leadership to the board to help ensure excellence in the interior design profession across the state.
RDG Planning & Design proudly announces that Leann Pederson, IIDA, CHID, LEED AP, has been appointed to serve on the Iowa Interior Design Examining Board. The board is responsible for licensing and regulating the practice of interior design in the state of Iowa, ensuring that practitioners meet the necessary standards of competency and ethical practice.

An RDG Interior Designer and Senior Partner, Pederson brings 15 years of experience in interior design to her new role on the board. Throughout her tenure at RDG, she has contributed to projects across the firm's markets, including design for education, healthcare, hospitality and sports projects. As one of only five Certified Healthcare Interior Designers in the state of Iowa, Pederson has contributed significant leadership and guidance to RDG's Healthcare Market, guiding teams toward innovative design solutions that enhance patient and staff experiences and promote safety and efficiency.
