H & H Premier Automotive is the local dealership for the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), BMW and MINI vehicle brands. The dealership was outgrowing its current facilities. The new 75,000 sf complex is located in the new Heartwood Preserve development and was the first construction completed in the development. Heartwood Preserve is one of the largest new mixed-use developments in the history of Omaha, with large-format retail, office, mixed-use retail and residential, a senior living retirement center, high-density residential, single lot residential, and several new corporate headquarters. The three boutique auto brands will fit well into the new development. This building houses the sales, service and parts operations for all three brands and a separate car wash for inventory and customers. Key interior elements are technologically advanced parts distribution systems, and service lifts and equipment. 

Each of the three brands had their own distinct corporate identity documents which the design team had to comply with (JLR's Corporate Identity book is over 400 pages!). The biggest challenge for the design team was to comply with, and blend, three distinct corporate identities into one cohesive building complex that represents the mission of H&H Automotive. The service/parts areas have a custom precast concrete exterior finish, JLR and MINI areas have metal panel cladding, and the BMW area has an ultra-smooth EIFS finish. The black, grey, silver and white colors of these very different materials from the three corporate identity requirements work well together in a cohesive composition.
