Master Plan
This master planning project included a robust process of stakeholder engagement, connecting to social, human, cultural, economic, built, policy and natural resources partners.
The extensive stakeholder engagement led to a detailed understanding of the ecological, economic and cultural resources impacting the area. RDG and our teammates were able to then create to a meaningful strategic framework for the Clive Greenbelt Master Plan. RDG's partners in this endeavor included the Healthiest State Initiative (HSI), ConsultEcon and Applied Ecological Services. RDG also created the brand for the Clive Greenbelt Master Plan. Heavily grounded in the tagline "Distinct by Nature," graphic designers worked closely with Landscape Architects to develop iconography used in print, interactive media and the built environment. The resulting eye-catching informational and promotional materials led this plan to be an award winner.
