The plan offers a blueprint for how Omaha can achieve its vision for quality affordable housing options. Planning involved an extensive public engagement program that reached individuals from across the city. The energy and momentum of this engagement translated into a wide-ranging yet strategic set of recommendations from city policies and regulations to community partnerships and funding sources.
