May 06, 2026

The firm welcomes a new class of principals, senior partners, partners and stockholders from across its disciplines

RDG Planning & Design proudly announces a new leadership class with the addition of two principals, two senior partners, eight partners and 20 stockholders. Each year, the firm recognizes individuals whose contributions, leadership and dedication continue to shape the practice in meaningful ways. This group reflects the depth of talent across the firm and a shared commitment to design excellence and collaboration.

“Ownership at RDG has always been about people — recognizing how they show up for each other, our clients and our communities,” said RDG Principal, Amy Haase, AICP. “This group represents that spirit in a genuine way. They’re thoughtful, driven and deeply invested in the work, and it’s exciting to see how they’re helping shape where we go next.”

The following individuals have been elevated to principal:

  • Frank Buono is RDG’s Public Safety Market Leader with more than 30 years of experience in architecture, planning and civic engagement. As the firm’s Denver office lead, he has built a career centered on collaboration, guiding municipalities, agencies and communities through complex challenges to develop thoughtful, strategic solutions. His ability to connect big-picture vision with practical implementation has made him a trusted partner and a steady leader across RDG’s public safety work.

  • Mike Houston is RDG’s Health Science Education Market Leader, bringing a collaborative and forward-thinking approach to the design of higher education and health science environments.
