RDG Announces 2025 Ownership Advancements

The firm has welcomed a new class of senior partners, partners and stockholders from across its multiple disciplines.

RDG Planning & Design proudly announces a new leadership class with the addition of five senior partners, eight partners and 24 stockholders. Each spring, the firm celebrates the contributions and achievements of talented individuals who have shown exceptional commitment and craftsmanship in their respective fields. Every new member of this ownership group embodies the diversity and leadership that propel RDG forward, influencing its culture and projects.

What makes RDG unique is our ability to evolve while holding true to our purpose, and that’s clearly reflected in this year’s ownership class,” said RDG Managing Principal of People, Catrina Cook, NCIDQ, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. “The elevation of these individuals represents not only their personal and professional accomplishments, but also our collective commitment to shaping a culture of mentorship, collaboration and innovation.”

They demonstrate mastery of their role within RDG and actively offer mentorship and guidance to those in similar roles.
