RDG Announces 2025 Ownership Advancements

The firm has welcomed a new class of senior partners, partners and stockholders from across its multiple disciplines.

RDG Planning & Design proudly announces a new leadership class with the addition of five senior partners, eight partners and 24 stockholders. Each spring, the firm celebrates the contributions and achievements of talented individuals who have shown exceptional commitment and craftsmanship in their respective fields. Every new member of this ownership group embodies the diversity and leadership that propel RDG forward, influencing its culture and projects.

The following individuals have been elevated to senior partner:

RDG Senior Partners are innovative leaders who continually reach higher and always deliver their best, leading others to do the same and make meaningful contributions to the profession and community. They demonstrate mastery of their role within RDG and actively offer mentorship and guidance to those in similar roles.
RDG Partners are dedicated professionals whose expertise and commitment enable the continued achievement of the firm and our clients. They seek out new ways to improve the organization and the quality of RDG’s culture and work.
