Tony Montgomery serves as studio manager and partner at RDG Planning & Design, where he manages the day-to-day of the Experiential Graphic Design (XGD) studio.
With more than fourteen years of experience in signage, wayfinding and branded environments, Tony combines strategic thinking with design expertise to create integrated experiences that connect people to place.
Tony oversees a diverse team of designers and manages a portfolio of projects ranging from higher education campuses to civic and corporate environments. He excels at balancing creative vision with operational efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of design quality.
Tony is passionate about aligning experiential graphics with architectural intent, helping clients tell their stories through thoughtful placemaking and wayfinding solutions. When he’s not leading projects, Tony enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling with his family, and seeking out new ways to inspire connection through design.
