Kelley Hoffman brings nearly 25 years of experience in senior living design to her role as partner and studio leader at RDG.
With a portfolio that spans more than 900 projects across 27 states, her work ranges from modest interior updates to the comprehensive design of new CCRCs and Life Plan Communities.
Kelley’s passion lies in guiding owners through a collaborative, intentional design process that results in spaces tailored to the unique character, mission and budget of each community. She believes that thoughtful design can empower residents to live healthier, more connected and independent lives even within the most challenging financial parameters. Her ability to visualize how a space will look, sound, feel and function enables her to elevate the resident experience while maximizing value and impact.
Kelley is a trusted partner to a national network of repeat clients, many of whom she also calls friends. She’s a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as LeadingAge and The Green House Project and has authored articles for Long-Term Living magazine. She’s contributed to white papers on resident design preferences and served as a juror for multiple design competitions. Kelley’s work has been part of several award-winning teams, and she continues to be a recognized voice in the evolution of senior living environments.
