With nearly two decades of experience designing people-centric spaces that foster engagement, collaboration and connection, Collin brings big-picture thinking and award-winning design skills to workplace and hospitality projects across the country. By honing in on what's possible, she encourages clients to dream big and works with stakeholders to create innovative, forward-thinking design solutions.
Understanding that a workplace should fit the unique needs of each organization, Collin works with clients to develop solutions that align with their distinct culture and values. She leverages her design experience and knowledge about evolving workplace trends to guide and educate collaborators toward creating office spaces that motivate, inspire and nurture employees. Skilled at relationship building, Collin fosters an engaging process with clients and team members and serves as a trusted advisor for both internal and external partners.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Iowa State University. She is a graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and was recognized as a 2016 Des Moines Business Record Forty Under 40 honoree.
